“The hotel is in a good and convenient location. Easy to get to if you have a suitcase. Excellent cooling air conditioning. The worst pillow I've ever slept on. The room I booked was completely different from the one I was given. After trying to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue, I was given an alternative. Every time you leave the hotel you have to leave your room keys at the reception for some unknown reason.”
