“This is a cozy hotel, the restaurant is amazing, booking this hotel without dinner (half board) would be a huge mistake! The hotel is very clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff are polite and eager to help. Nice ski room for your ski equipment, There is a convenient shuttle service to the Obereggen ski resort for €3 per person per day. Parking is ample, and there is one charging station for electric cars, with a rate of €0.50 per kW. The wellness area was clean, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice and well maintained. I was missing a simple information sheet outlining the available services and schedules. There was no clear information provided about the SPA, wellness area, or gym. Likewise, details regarding electric car charging (availability and price), the shuttle to the ski resort (availability and cost), or the possibility of purchasing ski tickets directly from the hotel were not readily available, and many other points. Although the staff answered all my questions thoroughly, it would have been much more convenient to have this information provided upfront in a clear and accessible format.”
