“Nothing really… Parking is an absolute nightmare. It took me nearly an hour to find a parking space, which significantly impacted my overall experience. The property itself is very dated and poorly maintained. Based on its condition, I would rate it one star, if not less. While the staff seemed willing to help, service was generally slow and inefficient. One particularly concerning issue was that the hotel kept my original identification documents after check-in. I asked them to return them the day after, pointing out it is not legal to keep guests’ docs. Standard practice is to make a copy and return the documents immediately, so I found this inappropriate and potentially problematic. The breakfast was acceptable, but it was more in line with a lower-category property and did not meet the standards I would expect.”
