“The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s right next to the ski lifts, which makes skiing very convenient. During the day the area feels lively and has a great atmosphere, perfect for a ski holiday. The sauna and wellness area were also a big highlight: very relaxing, well maintained, and extremely clean. In general, the hotel room itself was very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast and the breakfast service were excellent, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, and great waiter, even though our order was mixed up a few times. The hotel does not have staff available 24/7, which made things a bit uncomfortable when assistance was needed. As a couple, we expected a double bed, but instead there were two single beds pushed together with a noticeable gap in between, which was not very comfortable. The mattresses also felt quite old. The bedding setup was not ideal either, as there was no proper duvet cover — only an additional sheet was provided. In addition, our room was missing a curtain, and light from an outdoor screen brightly illuminated the room during the night, making sleep difficult.”
