“The only real positives of this hotel are its location in Cortona and the views from some of the rooms. We booked a Superior Room (#67) for two with a countryside view, but there was nothing particularly special about the room itself to justify the category. Unfortunately, our room was directly below the breakfast room, and every morning starting around 6:00 AM there was significant noise from above—especially chairs being dragged across the floor—which continued until nearly 10:00 AM and made sleeping in impossible. Stay away from the 4th floor! Additionally, another couple in our party had confirmed reserved parking before arrival but were informed upon check-in that parking was no longer available, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise issues and parking experience made the stay fall short of expectations.”
