“The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful. The breakfast was good. We encountered a trouble with the hotel because of a loud party downstairs. We traveled with a little baby and even though this was indicated in the booking request, we got the room on the first floor right above the event venue. The party started at around 22.30-22.45, with the level of noise in the room above 70 db, which would equal to staying in a restaurant with music . The staff were not helpful even though there were complaints from other guests. If I was aware of the event, I would have never booked this hotel. I understand that the hotel has the permission to hold events, but it’s also their responsibility to make sure that this doesn’t disturb the guests.”
