“We checked into this hotel with a group of high school students traveling because it was recommended by the agency we are using. It looked nice on first glance, but as we went upstairs, none of the hallway lights were on which was confusing and once we entered the room. There was no AC. The website says AC and there is no air conditioning. They wanted to bring us fans and said that some of the rooms had ceiling fans. The people were nice and we had a meal there as planned which was good. The rooms were sparse and hot and had towels that look like they had been used. Needless to say we switched hotels. I would like to say there was a nice outside area that looked like would be good for dinner on the front patio near the entrance. I’m not sure why everything was so dark. That did not add to a good first impression.”
