“None Honestly, I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was a bit of an adventure — and not the fun kind. First, the key pickup situation. We had to collect the keys at one location and then drag our luggage across the street and up what felt like a 30-degree slope. I was traveling with my daughter, both of us pulling large suitcases, and by the time we arrived we were completely wiped out. It took us about 15 minutes, uphill the whole way. Pretty sure we earned a fitness badge before even checking in. Second, the photos in the listing don’t really match the reality. The place looks quite different in person, and unfortunately not in a positive way. That part was disappointing. I understand this is an older building area since it’s close to the tourist attractions, and I can accept that. But the facilities are very outdated — much more than we expected. Also, we spent quite a while looking for laundry detergent, assuming it would be provided. After searching everywhere, we realized there wasn’t any and had to go out and buy a whole bottle ourselves. Not a huge expense, but definitely inconvenient. Overall, it just didn’t feel like the experience matched the price or the listing, and unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.”
