“Beautiful hotel, gardens maintained nicely, pools were lovely. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon alongside salads, fruits, yoghurts etc. The nearby beach was great and the hotel staff were mostly helpful and friendly. The shared air conditioning in our room broke on 2 of our 5 nights during which we slept very poorly in 30 degrees with no fan provided despite telling reception. After it broke the second time, we complained and were eventually offered an upgraded room and a free dinner (food only). It seemed the whole block of rooms were suffering from problems with the AC. For this I would not recommend to a friend or family to stay here for the cost. It would have been more fair to offer a refund for those nights alongside the upgrade. The restaurant was expensive compared to outside the hotel with small portions and it wasn’t our favourite.”
