“We had a room with a view of the lake, which was breath taking, such an amazing location! The staff were fantastic and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and larger than expected, which was great, and the village of Barcis is just beautiful. The hotel is in a great location where it's an easy walk to local bars and eateries, or easy to take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside. We needed some extra pillows, and the kettle didn't work, but the staff were great and attended to our requests right away, even though it was late in the evening when we arrived. Also the room card didn't work properly at first and the power in the room kept going off, but once we alerted the staff they gave us a replacement card which worked perfectly.”
