“Location is good if you are visiting St Francis of Assisi. 👍 Restaurants are near the area. This hotel is near the train station too. Walking distance to one of the biggest churches too. Since I was travelling alone in this town, I have to ask recommendations from staff. One of their staffs, a lady in her 40/50s has a direct contact to a taxi. Even if I asked for a metered taxi, she said it was fixed. The rate to St Francis was 20euro one way, which I didn't mind at first since that place was what I came for. But when I had to book for hotel to train station- I was asked for 15euros (despite the very near distance), which I felt scammed. I think the hotell should have fixed rates. And that lady should stop giving referrals. Plus that driver did not take good care of my luggage. I asked him to nicely arrange it in the trunk but he was not listening and ended up breaking the handle which caused another inconvenience.”
