“Great entertainment, friendly staff! Beautiful resort! The shuttle bus driver Antonello was very pleasant and great to chat with each morning when we took the shuttle to various locations on the resort. Our cleaner Esther spoke perfect English and made sure we had everything we needed each morning, Andrea was amazing, he made our trip very fun with involving myself and my children in all the entertainment. Swimming pool by reception was perfect for my kids aged 4 and 8, very shallow and easy for play. There’s a small field with about 5 donkey/mules, they aren’t free roaming like the smaller Sardinian donkeys, they desperately need their feet hooves trimmed! If you aren’t half board/all inclusive the restaurants are very expensive. Little English spoken, I actually recommended our cleaner Esther to the receptionist as a representative for English customers. Although there wasn’t much English amount the staff (except reception) I feel like the entertainers did try their best to inform us during events.”
