“The staffs are friendly and helpful ⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room air conditioner wasn’t cooling at all, and the towels were dirty. The corridors had no air conditioning, and leftover food trays were left outside guest rooms for hours, creating a terrible smell that spread into the rooms. The lobby was also without air conditioning. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff, who were working in the heat, sweating throughout their shifts. When employees are not provided with a comfortable working environment, it inevitably affects the guest experience. It’s hard to understand how a hotel can keep saying the air-conditioning system is “down.” How long does it take to repair such an essential facility? This reflects poor maintenance and even poorer management. A hotel should take care of both its guests and its staff. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend staying here until these basic issues are addressed.”
