“I am currently staying at Novotel Chennai SIPCOT and it has been a great experience so far. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would first like to compliment Duty Manager Suman, who made my check-in process extremely smooth. Initially, I had checked into ibis Chennai OMR due to an error on my part. The staff at ibis were very polite and helpful.They connected me with Suman, and I explained my situation. Despite it being midnight and my recent arrival from Singapore, he reassured me and asked me to come over without any hassle. The ibis team efficiently assisted in cancelling my booking, and I proceeded to Novotel SIPCOT where everything was handled seamlessly. The breakfast here is excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff are friendly, attentive, and consistently check in to ensure guests’ needs are met. A special thanks to Chef Anbu and Atanu for their warm hospitality and for always making sure everything was perfect. Thank you once again to the entire team.I will definitely be returning!”
