“No support on call as we were late by expected time due to heavy traffic and no transport was available for tapovan. We tried to reach through calls we continue call them for 30 minutes however no response was received through hotel was not worried why guest has not been reached to the hotel . When I entered in the hotel I was asked we don't accept booking of specific community and we don't allow them as I belongs to Islam' (muslim). When I asked them there is no such policy on booking.com website or app why you are making scene to (Mr. Murli owner) If they treat guest like this why they don't refund the money in same time why we have to chase booking.com for refund if hotel create such no written policy for Muslim community? No hygiene mentain in hotel, dust and light problem.they don't have backup for electricity and they don't have water supply properly every day 2-3 times tanker come to provide water in the hotel for bathing and toilet use. Wall was tempered so much dust on fan no door mate for toilet.”
