“I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your property. We booked a room for three guests at a rate of ₹3,600, expecting a comfortable and reliable experience. Unfortunately, the service and room conditions we encountered were completely unacceptable. Upon check-in, we found the air conditioning was malfunctioning. Although a technician was sent to service the unit, it only worked temporarily. Before leaving the hotel to explore Jaipur, I explicitly requested the front desk to have our room cleaned and the AC re-checked. To our dismay, when we returned later that evening, the room had not been cleaned, and the AC was completely non-functional. Given the high temperatures in Jaipur, the closed room became incredibly suffocating and uncomfortable. I spent the entire night contacting the reception, repeatedly requesting either a room change or an immediate resolution. Shockingly, the staff provided zero assistance, ignored our requests, and failed to offer alternative bedding for our third guest. Paying ₹3,600 for a room with no basic ventilation, no air conditioning, and completely non-responsive staff is entirely unjustified. The lack of basic hospitality and accountability from your reception team turned our stay into a miserable experience. I expect a prompt explanation and a substantial refund for the severe inconvenience caused”
