“I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Vimal Heritage. I am extremely disappointed with the overall service and facilities provided during my stay. The main issue was the air conditioning, which was not working properly at all. Despite informing the staff multiple times, no proper solution was provided. It was very uncomfortable, especially in such hot weather, and it completely ruined my stay. The room was not maintained properly and did not match the expectations shown online. Cleanliness was below average, and the staff response was slow and unprofessional. Instead of solving guest problems, they kept giving excuses. A hotel should provide at least basic comfort, but unfortunately this property failed badly. I chose this hotel expecting a peaceful and comfortable experience, but it turned into a frustrating and stressful stay. The management seriously needs to improve customer service, room maintenance, and especially the AC system. Guests pay money to relax and enjoy their stay, not to suffer in uncomfortable conditions. I would not recommend Vimal Heritage to anyone looking for a quality hotel experience. There are many better options available. Very poor management, poor maintenance, and overall a disappointing experience from start to finish. “The AC was not working properly during my stay.
