“Very poor quality of rooms. The main cot had broken head rest and the extra bed was rusted and pathetic looking. The food tasted good but the spread was poor. On Sunday morning the breakfast had idli, dosa, bread and omlette, cornflakes, tea and coffee. And for this spread we had to wait for dosa to be ready. Not enough food to serve customers. We were waiting for 10 mins between each dosa we got. In all the experience was very poor. No hot water coming from taps for bath. They gave us hot water in buckets and we were kept waiting for that too.”
