“Nothing Firstly there was no one available at reception for half an hour. Secondly, hotel receptionist was drunk and he was not even able to talk and hold his phone properly. Thirdly, hotel room was untidy, unclean pillows, unclean blanket, unclean table. I asked the guy to provide another room to which he denied and asked me upfrontly to cancel the room. Meanwhile when I was inside room and closed the door then there were some guys in opposite room. One of them knocked the door and when I opened the door then I could clearly see that he was from opposite room and they were consuming alcohol with open gate. This was another reason for room cancellation which is a safety concern. Even though uploaded pictures of property were different.”
