“1. Location- Nice and clean property tucked away from the hustle bustle of the city. They have a free shuttle service to and from the mall road between 10 am -7 pm. 2. Room- spacious and clean with ample space to move around. 3. Food- Amazingly good that we returned to the hotel for most of our meals. This was accompanied by live music during breakfast and dinner. The notes of the flute mesmerised the early morning air. 4. Staff- Very polite and always guiding. 5. Ambience- the inner courtyard makes up for the lack of great views. 6. Ample parking space. 1. View- Hills and trees visible from only a couple of rooms and the dining area. The inner courtyard, which is beautifully kept makes up for this. But i guess Nainital is so overtly crowded that if you want to get views you have to either stay on the mall road( supercongested) or outside the city premises. 2. They can have an additional play area/ lounge. 3. The road infront of the hotel is very steep and may be a difficult uphill incline for the elderly.”
