“Breakfast was good. The Manager booked a cab for the rest of our Kerala trip - which worked out well. Would like to thank him for that. Disappointed by the room, to say the least. What we got was definitely not what was presented on the Booking.com site. Topping it all was the Manager saying - this is peak season so you'll have to make do with it, you have booked and you have no option. 'Kya kar loge'. Of course full payment had to be made in advance - even before you could see your room. Some factors that made our stay a bit painful: - The bathroom didn't even have a mirror above the basin (obviously shifted to another room). I requested for one, but it was glossed over. - A faulty order was recorded for dinner. With the result that it came in two parts. 2 people finished eating, then the rest came for the other two. - Delay in the checkout. I had requested to be out by 6.30 am. As it was, I had to wake up the man at the reception when I came all the way down. - Pls remember, this place is a good 18 kilometres from the Munnar city - nearly an hour away. So unless you are going to Munnar only to stay at a hotel, it's not worth it.”
