“I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived early at 6:35 AM and requested early check-in, even offering to pay extra. The staff informed us the room would be ready in about 1 hour. We agreed and went out for breakfast, returning around 8:50 AM. However, the staff on duty had changed, and we were again told the room was not ready and had to wait another hour. This lack of coordination was inconvenient. The housekeeping trolley was kept in the corridor throughout the day, which made the area feel cluttered. The soundproofing is quite poor — sounds from the corridor, including doors opening and normal conversations, are clearly audible inside the room. The flooring appears old and produces creaking noises, and the bathroom door lock was not in good condition, which may affect comfort and privacy. Additionally, it appeared that different categories of guests were accommodated on separate floors, which felt unusual. Overall, the hotel could improve its coordination, maintenance, and noise management to enhance the guest experience”
