“Lack of cleanliness: presence of insects, dirty or stained bed linens, unpleasant odors in the rooms. The water is unclean, even the TV doesn't work. Severe disturbances: thin walls that do not insulate against sound, and unsafe or noisy locations. The hotel's location in the cemetery is awful. The next day, I went to the market and returned to the hotel to find my phone charger stolen. After speaking with an employee, they returned my charger. I will never forget anyone who gave me a charger during my stay at this hotel. It's the worst hotel ever. I checked out yesterday, but my clothes were still in Darkin. I told the employee I was leaving and wanted my clothes. He told me to wait 45 minutes and pick them up. I told him I didn't have enough time, but he suggested I send them to this location around 6:30 pm. After I left, the employee refused to send them”
