“Everything, All the way from early check-in option to the seamless check-out. The staff we very kind, helpful and friendly, Housekeeper- Chandra ensured our room discomforts were taken care off, front office staff Iscio was extremely helpful & suggestive. Mavens concussion of cocktails at the edge bar while we enjoyed the infinity pool during the day, the F&B staff at the VEVO for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch were exceptional. The quality of service offered by the VEVO staff was top class, very friendly, very courteous, suggestive and ensured our experience was elevated. Sourabh, Shervin, Amit pastry chef were top class. Not forgetting the Bistro staff who ensured the chai pani and sundowners were hospitable. This was our second stay at Diva but this stay experience will surely expedite our next booking at Diva. Would recommend the management to continue to maintaining the property top class cause the staff are too. A little bit more focus to details needs to be given.”
