“Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Check-in was smooth. The rooms were spacious, neat and well-maintained. The free amenities provided were more than required. The towels were soft and fluffy. The beds were really comfortable. The controls were all automated and fairly easy to understand. The breakfast had great variety and the food was tasty. The service of the staff was also friendly and helpful even though most of the tables were full. The timeliness for fulfilling requests like additional water bottles was perfect. Moreover, I asked for band aid as my son had a small cut on his little toe but the hotel sent a physician who examined the wound, sterilized it and applied the band-aid. The swimming pool was also perfect temperature and well-maintained. The check-in process could have been quicker and an explanation of the facilities and services offered by the hotel could have been shared as done in other hotels especially as this was our first stay and we weren't informed about the breakfast or the pool or other facilities.”
