“The infrastructure and location is so exceptional that I will choose this property every time I plan for Kaziranga. The swimming pool is also really nice. The staff needs thorough training. They are very inefficient and unable to have even basic understanding of the requirements of the guest especially when it comes to placing an order for room service of food which was the most difficult task. However, the same staff (each and everyone of them) seems to be on one single focused agenda of selling a safari to the guest (understandably for a good commission) and possess great communication skills when it comes to that. Food was not bad but not great either.”
