“There is nothing to like about this property. Too expensive, unprofessional staff, no amenities and NOT hospitable. No power backup and no warm water. The staff was least bothered about solving any issue and they were only interested in money. We booked the property well in advance for our holiday. It was a 3 day trip to Jibhi and we did the reservation through booking.com. This is an over rated property that is managed by an intern (Saurav), who is irresponsible, unprofessional and ill mannered. The property does not have power backup even though there are frequent power cuts in freezing conditions. There is no road for vehicles to reach the property and it’s a 10-15 min walk (depending on your speed) from main road to reach the property. You need to carry your luggage as they refuse to provide any support for luggage transfer. There are no amenities for the price they charge and the food is average. The water supply is limited as their pump doesn’t work appropriately and it’s cold water that you need to manage with as the geyser hardly works. Yes, it’s in the mountains and it’s a village so one should not expect city like conditions BUT there are better properties that provide adequate facilities at lower cost. It’s was a miserable stay for us and we would NEVER recommend this property to anyone for the reasons mentioned above. This place is just NOT hospitable for tourists.”
