“I would like to especially thank members of staff at Lemon Tree Hotel, Jamshedpur, for their helpfulness and hospitality during my stay. Apologies for any names I may have missed. Mr Utkal (an elderly member of the breakfast team) was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. He regularly checked whether I would like a dosa, asked how I preferred my chai, replenished my juice without being asked, and even offered me a chai that had originally been made for himself. He also checked whether I would like a veg sandwich or anything else. These small gestures made breakfast feel personal and enjoyable, and his hospitality stood out throughout my stay. Basanti was also polite, welcoming and attentive during breakfast service. She regularly checked if I needed anything else and always interacted with guests in a warm and professional manner. A special thank you to Mahadev 🙏, who was extremely helpful with several requests during my stay. Whether it was assistance with the air conditioning, providing a chair, arranging extra toilet rolls or helping with luggage, he was prompt and willing to help whenever needed. His service was greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank the front desk team for their flexibility and understanding regarding checkout arrangements. I never felt rushed about checking out, and their helpful approach made the departure process smooth and stress-free. Room service was also consistently good throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the staff members for their professionalism, courtesy and willingness to help. Apologies again if I have missed anyone's name.”
