“Lovely 11-night stay. The staff were fantastic—attentive, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed in a Deluxe King suite which, while a little tired, was still lovely and spacious and matched the photos. We had family who were in two other rooms which were fine too. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good, although you had to run the water for about 5–7 minutes before it got hot. The TVs were a bit temperamental at times, but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed any issues. There were a few signs of wear such as peeling paint, dated furniture, and older amenities. However, the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and were very flexible with cleaning times to suit us. Some communal areas could have used a bit more attention—for example, the sofas in the bar were dusty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned recently. The main restaurant was clean and pleasant, and the food at the Tokyo bar was excellent—especially the sushi. Good location, easy to get transport. Not far from a mall and cinema. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Would I stay again? Yes :)”
