“This is an over priced property with extremely poor management and service. The property itself is nice- but lacks professionalism from management side. They charge top 5 star rates- but rooms are ordinary with poor cleaning and maintenance. Cheap white LED lighting in the room gives it a low class shop feel. Their stingy approach is also evident in that they switch off water heating mid day - and one had to call and ask them to re switch it on. There were lizards in the room. ”
