“Except the staff, which are very courteous, rest everything is below average Our complete stay was pathetic. We went for a two day holiday to relax. But it was a nightmare. The rooms are very old and not clean. They had a big marriage gathering at the venue, they should have not accepted our booking. Because of the huge gathering, our trip was completely ruined. The decor + set up was getting done at night, disturbing everyone with loud noises etc. The band-baaja etc would start at 6 am in the morning, complete disappointment. On the day of our check out, the hotel staff started following up with us from 10 am onwards to check out, so as they could accommodate some other guests ? Is this justified ? Overall complete waste of money for us. The property / booking.com, should refund our money for spoiling our holiday.”
