“Warm welcome, clean rooms, clean pool, evening complimentary tea and snacks and the activity room on the 5 th floor, facilities and other amenities Very less options for breakfast, water leakage was there on the roof near to the lift on the 4 th floor, felt that the statue near to the lift on the fourth floor was inappropriate in a place where children too come to stay, on the day of check out, we were waiting inside the room for someone to come and pick up our luggage and i heard the bell ring. I got up from bed and went to open the door, but the housekeeping staff opened the door from outside using their card. She just barged in without asking to check whether we used any items from the minibar. Either thy should have asked for permission or they should have done it after we went to the lobby. This act was not appropriate from their part. Never expected something like those from such a grand hotel.”
