“I booked this hotel during my visit to Chandigarh on way to HP. I booked it seeing the facilities provided by them ie revolving Restaurant, swimming pool, gym , etc. But after reaching there, they told that revolving restaurant only operate for party booking. Also, neither the swimming pool was operating nor the gym. Lastly, at booking the hotel it showed 20% discount on dinning but that discount was not given to me, on asking they told that it will be given only if bill exceed 2000.00. I talked to the senior person that if it is the case then they should mention at the time of booking that "Subject to bill exceed 2000.00*. It's simple case of betraying the customers, because for couple the bill will meter exceed 2000.00 if you are vegetarian. So, overall not satisfied in staying that hotel.”
