“During my recent five-day stay at the Renaissance, the breakfast and lounge teams truly made my experience memorable. Snehashish, Ritwika, and Payel at breakfast were consistently warm, attentive, and made every morning feel welcoming - small touches like remembering preferences went a long way. Chef Arun and Chef Jai Prasad did an excellent job with the live counters, and were happy to accommodate requests with a smile. In the lounge, Chef Ravi consistently put out a great spread and was very accommodating with requests. Arunima, Rabika, and Shriya were fantastic - friendly, efficient, and always made sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to Shriya, as an ex-hotelier myself, I know exactly how much it takes to be that professional. She was amazingly warm, hospitable, and crisp, and that kind of service really goes a long way. Overall, the hospitality and warmth of this team made my stay so much better. Kudos to the entire breakfast and lounge staff for their consistency and care throughout my visit!”
