“Nothing much in specific. The Location was good and other than that there isn’t any that we liked in general about this property. 1. Unfriendly Front desk team displaying certain amount of arrogance as well the Restaurant team who weren’t friendly or courteous to the guests. 2. Small Rooms considered to be STANDARD but advertised as Premium or a Suite. This property doesn’t even have any Suite category rooms as per their staff. 3. Small and filthy Bath room with NO Hot Water and without a Bath mat. Filthy Linen which can’t be used at all. 4. NO WiFi in the property. 5. Buffet Break fast doesn’t have any options - they had just Idli, Semaiya, Choco flakes, Dried Sandwiches and some Canned juice baring Amritsar Kulcha which was good. 6. Pathetic Private Car Parking : their basement where 7-8 cars can be parked is full of Pigeons and the Car was full of Bird droppings the next day. Interestingly, staff denied getting this cleaned up and ended up paying to get them cleaned. Pathetic. 7. Property pricing : Highly Over Priced for such rooms without any amenities. No cloth hangers, No Water Glasses, No Slippers …”
