“Location was great to catch buses, tram or walk to several locations. The front desk staff were friendly, and very helpful. They always had a warm smile and were great with information. Our room was very nice, clean and the bathroom had a heated towel rack. A great shower with nice pressure. The bed was comfortable. We were able to open windows for fresh air in our room. The hotel is clean throughout. This is a very old hotel with creaky floors in the hallway and wind howling through the roof vents. This makes it interesting and fun! Breakfast was awesome. A full buffet with an Irish breakfast, and so many other things to choose from. Chef Trish and Chef Carlos were in the kitchen smiling and with a good morning. They made you feel like you were in your own kitchen amongst family. The pastries and bread are handmade by Chef Carlos! He makes awesome eggs, too! They both are an asset to The Beresford. The Station Bar attached to the hotel offered great food. It is not bar food but great dinner fare. Dinner in the bar was wonderful. Kevin and Yuga are great bartenders and servers. They were always friendly, smiling and engaged us in conversation. They remembered us from our previous visit. This was our second time staying at The Beresford and we will stay again.”
