Laura is so polite, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease. She is incredibly informative — she explained everything clearly, listened carefully to what I needed, and gave great advice along the way. Her massage skills are excellent: she has a wonderful technique, works with just the right pressure, and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.
