“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the most memorable hotel stays for my family in Yogyakarta! ❤️ The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt perfect from the moment we checked in. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and we truly felt at home during our stay. The rooftop area was absolutely amazing with beautiful views of the city. It became one of our favorite spots in the hotel to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of Indonesian and Western food. Everything was fresh and delicious. Honestly, if there were 10 stars available, I would be the first guest to give this hotel 10 stars! 😍 What impressed us the most was the hospitality of all the staff. Every employee was genuinely friendly, warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. A very special thank you to the receptionist who kindly accompanied my daughter, Queena, to make bracelets and necklaces at the playground area before we checked out. She was so patient, caring, and sweet, making Queena feel very happy and special. Before leaving, we even took photos together with the staff in the lobby. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by family. I have stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I experienced such warm, personal, and heartfelt service. Wow! ❤️ The hotel is also in a very strategic location, making it easy to visit tourist attractions, malls, and restaurants around Yogyakarta. The only small suggestion would be to have a dedicated kids’ swimming pool, as families with young children would enjoy it even more. However, this did not reduce our overall experience at all. Thank you Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta for making our family holiday so special and memorable. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yogyakarta.
