“We had a great stay at INNSIDE Yogyakarta. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, and the facilities were in excellent condition. The pool was especially nice—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. We would happily stay again. Thank you! :) This is just a small suggestion to management: The driveway connects the main road to a back street. We stayed at INNSIDE Yogyakarta in order to attend a language school on that back street, so we needed to use the driveway. Sometimes staff allowed us to ride our scooter through the driveway, but at other times we were stopped and told scooters were not allowed. When we could not use the driveway, we had to use the busy main road instead, which is less safe. If guests are allowed to use the driveway, this could be clearly told to staff. If not, it may be worth reconsidering, as it is not logical to require guests to use a busy road when a driveway is available.”
