“In walking distance to the Palace and so much more. The rooms were exceptionally appointed and clean. Staff were friendly and obliging. Pool was beautiful and the free yoga class a bonus. Complimentary breakfasts sensational and delivered to your room, all vegan so don't expect egg and bacon! Smashed avo on toast is beautiful. Decor of the place is quality. Between the hours of 9am to 5pm this is a tranquil oasis away from the hubub of the very busy streets of Ubud. Our room was closest to the front entrance so maybe some of the rooms are less noisy. Everything they could control was taken care of. For some the noise from the garden bar next door with bands playing may be a bit loud. They only play til 10pm and we actually spent 2 nights listening to the excellent music in the bar. Food is also great at the bar. Also if you don't like early starts the school PA system cranks up about 7am in the primary school next door. We actually enjoyed listening to the kids singing. The family rooms are in the taller buildings. Our family were on the top floor so a lot of stairs. Staff more than happy to help with bags!”
