“We booked two rooms, the check in process was efficient even though there was only one staff, a lady I forgot the name. She was really helpful, when we reported that the AC was leaking, she immediately offered us to move room. When we requested to borrow 4 dinner forks, she was the one who brought the forks to our rooms in less than two minutes In the night, when we requested for additional mineral water, again she immediately brought two bottles of mineral water. When I asked, whether there was any other staff who was supposed to handle these requests, she said, that evening only she and one security staff on duty.. no other staff available. Overall, she had done excellent jobs, kind, friendly and efficient! Keep up the good work!”
