“We loved our stay at Grand Mercure Seminyak. The check in process was very quick and efficient. The staff were extremely warm, polite and friendly , always greeting with with a smile and a conversation.. The dining room was always a pleasure to go to each day for breakfast as all the staff working there were so pleasant and attentive. I'd like to give a special mention for the following who with their beautiful personalities, made our stay extra special, Sylvia,, Meylani, Heni, Wiana in dining.. I loved these girls. Wah at the pool was very polite and attentive, always up for a conversation. Aditya Prananta , the room cleaner who along with other cleaners always ensured our room and bathroom was clean, fresh towels provided, and several bottles of water provided daily. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach, several wonderful eateries close by, with nightly music entertainment. It has 2 large pools, one with a swim up bar and a children's pool. Unfortunately my husband got bali belly causing him to be quite unwell for 3 days. The staff at reception called the resident doctor for a consultation and treatment on 2 occasions. The doctors were in attendance within 30 minutes and were extremely professional and reassuring. The hotel staff were very caring, offering to bring alternative light meals for my husband to our room, asking me daily on his progress. The only negative was, our room faced an unfinished building and the nightly fireworks between 7.00pm - 12.00pm on the beach were extremely loud , making it harder to fall asleep at times. More sun chairs and day beds are required.”
