“The hotel and staff were amazing. From being picked up at the airport in a very nice vehicle to being escorted to our room in a buggy. The rooms are big and very clean. They turn down your bed at night time. The breakfast is al e carte which was great not just a normal buffet. The staff cannot do enough for you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The bikes are free so we got out a few times cycling up the boardwalk. The pool and lazy river were great. The only thing I would say is if you don't like having your own scooter, you would need to get a taxi every time you want to head to the main street in Sanur. The hotel is the furthest south of the boardwalk. We get a scooter so not trouble for us, more feedback for families. The staff delivered a couple of extra afternoon snacks to our room which is always nice. Would highly recommend.”
