“The room was really spacious and clean. Apart from that we felt that the hospitality was great. Let me explain: We booked 3 nights with breakfast included. However, we had scheduled to do 2 day trips around Malang that made it impossible to have breakfast 2 out of 3 days. The people of the hotel immediately proposed to provide us with breakfast boxes outside of the window for breakfast (in one case at 04:00 am!). That was such a nice and helpful gesture! Moreover, the food was really well prepared and tasty. In summary, everything was to the point, but this beautiful gesture really made a difference and made us feel well treated.”
