“We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me. Over the phone I also asked for a driver to pickup at airport but received no confirmation over email or phone. When we arrived at the hotel I received the email response saying that they couldn’t pick us up at the airport. There was no motorbike rental and they didn’t bother to arrange it for us. ”
