“Overall, I had a really good stay here. The property is beautiful, very aesthetically designed, and feels well maintained. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A special shout-out to Zar, who genuinely made the stay much more convenient. Whether it was helping us book cabs, arranging scooters, or assisting with anything else we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. Hospitality here is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. The breakfast was good, and the food overall was satisfactory. The pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. There is a construction site next to the property, but honestly, it wasn't something that bothered us much. Also, as of July 2026, the road leading to the property is still under development. That said, we had absolutely no trouble reaching it on a scooter, even with two people riding. Hopefully, once the road work is complete, the experience will be even better. The location is also convenient. It's close enough to the busy streets of Kuta while still being away from the noise, and it's just a short ride from the beach. The only thing I felt could be improved was the bedding. The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and cushion covers looked a bit worn out and didn't feel as fresh as they should have. Even the sofa had a few visible stains. It's not a deal breaker, and I'm sure room service would help if you asked, but I do think replacing or refreshing the linens would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a property I'd definitely recommend if you're staying around Kuta. Fix the bedding, and this place would easily be an exceptional stay.”
