“The staff were excellent, helping me with paying visa bill and printing off docs. The room was disappointing initially , downstairs room very smelly. Daughter had to move rooms straight away . We moved to an upstairs room from second night which was a game changer. Quite a dark setting. Nice pool length, ok breakfast but fab helpful staff. Great laundry around the corner that will deliver back to hotel for you . 20 ish mins from centre but good base for visiting temples and caves Smelly downstairs rooms”
