“Service and the running facilities (ac, water bottles, hot water, new towels, clean sheets, and floor mats) are very good. The service staff helped us with everything we needed; breakfast on time, use of the refrigerator, and accommodating to our needs. We were they to participate in a cycling event in Jogja and the service staff were very helpful during our stay there. But I am a light sleeper and there are rectangle cut-outs in our room wall so I can hear people talking, and watching videos in the open space outside our room till late at night. The room walls looked old and mouldy, and the bathroom needs a touch up. I understand I pay for what I get, but the quality and facilities of the hotel did not match the cost of the room. I felt it was too expensive for what it offered.”
