“On arrive we found our room to be a bit dark and the doors, although beautiful, had a 2 inch gap either side which concerned me due to the mosquitos that had bitten us in the previous location. I made my concerns known and we were offered a new room which instantly felt better. The staff were amazing about this and it did not seem to be a problem at all. The room was a good size for us two and our teenage son. Cleaned each day, with fresh towels and three bottles of water were left in the room each day, such an great addition. The breakfast was very good each morning. The pool was great as was the beach allocated for the hotel guests. Pool/beach towels are provided each day. Massages available by the pool also. The location in Sanur was perfect, plenty of restaurants, shops, stalls and bikes to hire close by. The people of Bali are absolutely amazing. We would recommend and would stay again. ”
