“Very comfortable beds and a good size room; good size shower; excellent and copious buffet breakfast. Dinner in the restaurant wasn't great. Caesar salad, billed as including smoked salmon, croutons and parmesan cheese, contained none of the above, and consisted solely of sliced of chicken, lettuce, a few small tomatoes and a small pool of mayonnaise on the side. When I protested, the waiter said it was these ingredients weren't available + in which event they should have told me when I placed the order. After I made a fuss. They brought some complimentary fruit, and eventually decided not to charge for the dish. But it was completely unprofessional, especially for a place of this standing and at these (for Indonesia) high prices. 21 per cent surcharge on restaurant meals is pretty steep too!”
